Home with my Furbabies with no Hubby :(

So Chris got on a plane this morning and flew off to California for driver selection for the 2009 Jetta TDI Cup Season! From what we have been told its going to be a very exciting season. We are looking forward to a great season. I am just having a hard time being away from Chris, he is my only friend in Virginia as sad as that is. Meeting new people out here is really not all that easy to do. We have really tried to meet new people, go to church, go out, a bunch of stuff but its so much harder than i thought it would really be. So this next week is going to be tuff since its just be and my furbabies but i do have a house that i am decorating now, and a job that i enjoy going to everyday so i am hoping it will go by fast and with out any meltdowns! lol.
Chris has been an amazing hubby and has been trying so hard for me to feel like this is my home! That we finally ordered our couches, and bought a new REALLY NICE TV! All before he left, he worked so hard to make sure that everything was here Thursday the night before he left and they were! So i enjoyed coming home to a nice house with REAL FURNITURE tonight :)
But i know that i will enjoy it that much more when he is home with me and our babies!
Well when my house is clean enough to take pics of our new couches i will share :)

On our last full day in California we had some family photos taken at Chapman University.
We had so much fun shooting, and just being ourselfs as a family!

Just Because Pictures

While we were in California for Christmas Chris and I had some pictures taken! We were really UN-happy with the way our wedding pictures turned out and we wanted to try to make up for them. So Jeff Rose ( Chris best friend since he was 2) his wife Ashley Rose really wants to become a wedding photographer and is looking for models to practice on! So we were models for the day, and WOW! She did an amazing job...

Christmas Vacation

I have been meaning to update my blog...but i have been really busy with work and just getting things done around the house. Well Chris and I spent 3 fun filled weeks in California, it was so hard to get on a plane and come home. We enjoyed spending time with our friends and our family. The time just seemed to fly by we were busy every night! We had a fantastic Christmas, and New Years. Chris and I are getting a house full of furniture for Christmas! We are so excited. We already got our new bed and we love going to bed now! We hate waking up in the morning too.
